I am a new Capps Shoe customer and I am totally surprised by the quality, workmanship, and materials used in the shoes I received from Capps shoes. I had almost forgotten what real quality and value was. When I received the shoes I immediately took a picture on my Iphone. I sent it to most of my friends on my mail list. I haven't been this excited about a pair of shoes since I was 10 years old. The only problem was I used the size printed on my imported (Chinese) shoes. It turned out that these foreign shoes were one size off. I reluctantly boxed up my new prized possessions and sent them back. I will be waiting with childlike anticipation for the replacements to arrive.

I just received my second pair of CAPPS shoes, this time the Trooper in black leather. Once again and excellent pair of shoes! These are even more comfortable than the oxfords I got last time. I'm a police officer and I wear these on the street, not in an office. I love the fit and appearance of these shoes. They look like a cops shoe should!

I have the old [ones] that I graduated in from boot camp that I still wear, but have been trying to find a Company that sells the real leather Chukka boot and a friend referred me to your Company..... I like the old school traditions of a good spit shine. It is a pride thing I guess. I greatly appreciate your assistance and quick responses. I just received my new Colonel model shoes. They are much much better than the [competitors' Uniform Dress Shoe] I've been wearing for the last year. The leather is heavier, the soles are tougher, and the construction just seems more solid. The shoe fits great and looks terrific in uniform. I'm a police officer and I spend 12 hours a day on my feet and can't stand boots. These are great!

.....Had a pair of black ones I ordered years ago when I was a Recruiter in Martinsville. Best pair of chukkas I ever had.
They finally wore out about a year ago.

You have been more than accommodating and I am very pleased with my buying experience. It is very rare these days to have one on one interaction in a purchase on the Internet. Capps shoes are the best! I wore them during a 20 year military career and still wear them now as a corporate pilot. The black leather ladies oxfords look terrific with my business suits and are very comfortable..... Thanks for making great shoes!

I just wanted to let you know that I placed a phone order for some shoes for my son, who is in an JROTC program. I wanted to thank you for having staff here in the US--she was courteous, I didn't have to worry about any language issues, and she told me everything I needed to know about my order, from price, to tax, to shipping. This was so much more pleasant and quick than calling overseas order desks/help desks. Thank you for an enjoyable customer service experience and for keeping jobs here....
I'd much prefer to buy an American-made product, even if it's a bit more expensive. If we don't keep jobs here, the economy will never recover.
