I just wanted to let you know that I placed a phone order for some shoes........ I wanted to thank you for having staff here in the US--she was courteous, I didn't have to worry about any language issues, and she told me everything I needed to know about my order, from price, to tax, to shipping. This was so much more pleasant and quick than calling overseas order desks/help desks. Thank you for an enjoyable customer service experience and for keeping jobs here.
...Thanks again for keeping jobs in the US. I'd much prefer to buy an American-made product, even if it's a bit more expensive. If we don't keep jobs here, the economy will never recover.
